2. Orders, services, and pricing

The clothing types and prices shown on our site are provided to help you select services. An order request is subject to confirmation and item inspection. The final charge may differ from an estimate if the items, requested treatment, or condition of the garments require a different service or price. We will seek your approval before proceeding with a material change to the quoted service or charge.

Descriptions, prices, and service availability may change. We may decline or cancel an order when we cannot safely or reasonably perform the requested service, or when an item is unsuitable for the selected treatment. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund amounts paid for services not provided.

3. Pickup and delivery

You are responsible for providing a complete pickup and delivery address and making items accessible at the agreed time. Pickup and delivery times are estimates unless we expressly confirm otherwise. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, operational conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Please check your order when it is returned. If you are unavailable at the agreed location, we may need to arrange another delivery attempt, and additional fees may apply if disclosed before they are charged.

4. Garment care and customer responsibilities

Before handing over an item, please:

• Check and empty all pockets, and remove detachable accessories where practical.
• Identify stains, delicate materials, special handling needs, or any known damage.
• Ensure care labels and other garment instructions are present and legible where possible.

Cleaning results can vary based on fabric, dyes, construction, age, prior treatment, and the nature of a stain. We cannot guarantee removal of every stain or that an item will remain unchanged through appropriate cleaning. We may contact you or decline treatment if an item presents an unusual risk.

5. Payment, changes, and cancellations

You agree to pay the displayed or otherwise approved charges, including applicable taxes and any disclosed fees. Payment must be made using a method accepted for the order. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once cleaning has begun or pickup or delivery has been arranged, cancellation may not be possible and charges may apply for work performed or costs incurred.

6. Claims about an order

If you believe an item is missing, damaged, or was not cleaned as agreed, notify us promptly and provide the order details and relevant information so we can investigate. Please retain the item and do not attempt repairs or further cleaning before we have had a reasonable opportunity to review the concern. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Website use and content

You may use our site only for lawful purposes and must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, or misuse another person’s information.
